• Yes, I use mine to stream on Facebook and it works perfectly fine, you can check my streams on facebook yoclamc to check the quality and how the streams look.

• Yes, when you stream on Facebook you'll be needing to stream through Streamlabs OBS or studio (theyre free) so you would just run through that streaming software. Plenty of videos and guides you can just google.
