You can stream on your laptop or PC but El Gato actually recommends against this as there often is a slight lag. As for your set up, your laptop's graphics card may be too under-powered to process everything and mirror it on your laptop in real-time. Everything else looks ok but I am not familiar with the graphics card that is listed in your pic. As always, the resolution of the game and what you are trying to stream will play a role into whether or not your setup can handle what you are trying to do. I started capturing on my pretty well built laptop only to change over to a desktop PC within a month.

The HD60s requires a USB 3.0 port to work and since the new Macs don't have any USB ports, I suppose you could buy an adapter. But in my experience, Macs aren't the best for streaming anyway. If you play on a PS4, you can use Remote Play to stream which is what I did until my PC was fixed. The quality isn't the best but it's something. I hope this helps!
