You should be able to capture your voice by clicking the live commentary button in the Elgato program

You can record audio at the same with the Elgato game capture software but there is a delay in voice recording when using it and you can actually hear yourself talking while using it so it may throw you off while talking. I'd recommend using Streamlabs with it.

Hey bro, 

You'll need an additional mic to capture your voice. However, jf you switch your audio output on your console to both TV Speakers and Headset, you can capture other peoples voices.
