A:AnswerHi Numark,
That CPU should be superior to a 4th gen Intel i5 and should provide you the performance needed to support the HD60 S. If you have further questions about compatibility and system requirements, please feel free to reach out to our support team: support.elgato.com

A:AnswerHi,
Sorry to hear your cat chewed up your USB cable! A majority of USB-C to USB 3.0 Type-A cables will be fine, as long as they are no longer than 16.4 ft. If you have any additional questions, we'd be happy to help: support.elgato.com

A:AnswerIf you go to elgatos website and download the audio capture program you should be able to swap the audio inputs that it is looking for. Watch this video.. that's how I figured it out.. https://youtu.be/jg_5Wf9Ll1E

A:AnswerIs your mic linked to a console? If so, sorta, but depending on the console (PS4 or Xbox) you'll need to send your "party chat" through the external source (i.e. tv/speakers) as well as headset.
If your headset is linked to a PC, yes. There are several options here, and it is actually pretty customizable and easy to use. I personally use Streamlabs OBS for streaming to twitch, etc, and the Xbox Game Bar for xbox party chat, or discord for PC players etc. (I am not sure of an alternative for playstation). Using Streamlabs' mixer or another audio mixer (vbaudio, voicemeter) I am able to mix and stream different audio channels. If I didn't want the chat of the people I'm in a party with going through the stream, I can cancel that output to the stream, but still hear it on my headset, etc.
