A:AnswerHi Tana, thanks for reaching out! As it turns out, the battery is not replaceable - we do apologize for this inconvenience. Standard Lithium-Ion batteries degrade over time and we have designed the Ember to allow the battery to last as long as possible. While exact battery life can vary depending on an individuals use, each Ember comes with a one year warranty and if you experience any difficulty, please let us know and we’d be happy to help!

A:AnswerWe are happy to hear about your interest in Ember! The Ember is designed to keep beverages at a preferred temp for a period of time. With that said, we would not recommend adding food to the Ember as it was not designed for this feature. We can certainly share the feedback with our team!
A:AnswerLooks like metal to me. Cant use it in microwave or dishwasher.
Instructions seems to be in short supply.
Comes set at 135, use the app on phone to adjust. Set mine to max at 145.
Bottom line I love it, suits my sipping style over the morning.
A:AnswerIt absolutely stains. I hand wash my white mug after EVERY use and it has become discolored. I’ve tried all the method to clean it and it’s stuck. Would not recommend the white mug if this matters.
