“If the charger bases are interchangeable for a 14-oz and a 10-oz mug, can I buy a 14-oz mug without the charger base? I have a 10-oz mug and 10 ounces is way too small of a cup!! I see that separate charger bases are being sold here.”

No they don’t sell cups without a base, only bases without cups.
