• A:Answer I have no problems with chipping that is why i picked the copper one on the advice from you tube, when you pour coffee or tea do not use a metal spoon in the cup.I have had the cup for a month now with no problems and no it does not feel ceramic. Wash by hand and completely dry it before putting it on charger.

Q: QuestionIf the charger bases are interchangeable for a 14-oz and a 10-oz mug, can I buy a 14-oz mug without the charger base? I have a 10-oz mug and 10 ounces is way too small of a cup!! I see that separate charger bases are being sold here.
