The 14 functions include: Multi cooker lid offers 6 presets: Rice, Steam, Stew, Yogurt, Stew, Sear/Saute, Slow Cook. Air fryer lid offers 6 presets as well: Broil, Fries, Bake, Beef, Roast, Dehydrate. Additional presets included are the Keep Warm and Delay Start functions. The cooking pot is aluminum with a non-stick coating.
