• Contrary too two answers i saw, this battery bank can indeed charge devices while itself is being charged. Be advised that your charge rate will be limited on the B.B. and connected devices, so this method will be best for low capacity deviced like BT headphones, small and some medium sized flashlights, and handheld radios/walkie-talkies.
