• A:Answer I’m pretty sure as long as the phone will connect to the charger, it will charge it. You will need your own phone cord.

• A:Answer Yes, but it depends on how powerful (I got 15,000 mAh). It can charge a laptop, or power it for up to 12 hours. But you have to have a USB cord to connect to your computer.

Q: QuestionI got got mine today and charged it but the regular old iPhone chargers port work and charge phone and everything but when I use the usb c port beside the one to charge the port it doesn’t work so does it work for those chargers for the iPhone 12 (usb-c)

• A:Answer The USB-C port should only be used to charge the power bank, which does speed up its charge time. Other than that it won’t charge your phone, it will drain your phones battery.

• A:Answer I have the 20000mah Energizer 20000mah Battery Bank it took 5 to Six hours first time to charge completely. A 10000mah charges items a little faster than a5000mah it’s more powerful

• A:Answer I’d plug Energizer 20000mah Battery Bank with the supplied USB Micro cable into the Charger with the USB part into the output of the charger then plug the other end of the short cable into your cell phone as if you were charging the phone in the wall adapter and wait until the phone gets charged fully by the battery bank.
