Can this be used to power a warming vest? null

Hi Customer If your warming device uses USB-A 5V/2A, than it can power your device. Thank you

I used it this weekend to heat my warming vest. I had just bought it at the store and used it immediately. It lasted about 2-3 hours. I thought it would last longer but im thinking maybe it wasn't fully charged up from being in the box at the store (although the box said it was fully charged)...I'm charging it now and I'm hoping it will work for a longer period next time I use it for the vest. Do you know how to tell if the device is charging? no lights come on or anything...
