“i have the energizer max 5000. I have used the cord in the box. It isn't fully charging in that I can only get two lights lit. This is the 2nd one I have bought that this has happened with. Am I doing something wrong?”

You should try a differnt cable, like a usb c cable. The cables in the box are usually poor in quality.
