It works on both, I used it in the US and also in the Caribbean.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will need to use an adapter for the country you are visiting. Not a converter. It is dual voltage though but not on its own. Just plug either the charging cord or a power plug (not included) into an adapter for the country you are going to and it will work just fine. I just returned from France and charged and used two of these all week long with no issues. They also recharge your phone very quickly. The images here are with an adapter for France. I also used an adapter without a USB port.
