Yes this is normal according to HP, however mine got very warm as well
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same here. It happens very quickly. I just gave the same in my review. I will be taking it in for service as soon as I can part with it for work for a few days. (I JUST unplugged it after writing this and the fan sped up immediately.) I hope we would know if there was a recall on a part? I just purchased in February.
