• I am not familiar with the other model you mention but this computer would work well for moderate gaming. For more hardcore gaming you really need a model with a dedicated GPU like one from NVIDIA or AMD.

• Not really a gaming laptop. More of a productivity laptop. Every submodel of the HP Envy X360 comes with an APU which is a CPU that has a GPU inside of it. Without a dedicated GPU, the computer lacks the performance of a traditional gaming laptop
