It will support only 1 external monitor. It does not have a dedicated GPU with power to push high resolution images to multiple monitors.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.@HP support...... You are wrong ! The laptop doesn't need a dedicated card to support more than one external monitor. What a shame for misinformation... I was able to connect Two external monitors to this particular laptop. One connection that involves a direct hdmi port, and since this laptop also has a usb c type port as well, you can use a hdmi to usb c type adapter to connect the second montior. I was able to connect two monitors to my PC. Matter of fact , you can also use the laptop as a third screen as well.. Try for yourself and you'll see if it works for you, it worked for me after HP gave me false information and they were going to charge 50 dollars to troubleshoot the problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't really explored this. There is one HDMI port so I'm assuming 1. The other ports are USB. 2 regular and one that's the new USB protocol. It's my son's laptop for school and he's gone with it now so I can't look at it. I'm going by memory here.
