Yes, you get everything you need to use it out of the box. That said, you do you have to provide WIFI.

Our model ET-2720 came with instructions, a dvd with drivers, the ink to load -all of the colors and black. The set up wizard went smoothly. There are opptional add on software promos, but choosing yes or no is simple. Installation process was smooth.

You can use it out of the box if you are using wirelessly. There are no USB cables included.
