Hi ReBecku, Make sure the ET-2720 and the device you are printing from are both connected to the same 2.4 GHz WiFi network. Try printing a network status screen to check the settings on your ET-2720. Visit the Epson support site for helpful FAQs, videos and manuals. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
