• Hi Mortara, You can use the CD included with the ET-2800 to load the drivers necessary to use it with a computer without an Internet connection. If you want to use a smart phone or tablet to print wirelessly, then you do not need the Internet. Just a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
