• I haven't done a detailed comparison, but it seems like the ink lasts WAY longer than cartridges and I feel like I get a lot more value.

• I have printed a lot of things since I got mine, it lasts a lot longer than another printer, it also has a screen so you can see at all times what your ink level is at.
