• You need a 4.2 wirless not 5-G i know been working on it for days.

• Hello. You can find the Scanner driver and Epson Scan 2 Utility on our official Epson Support page for download. Once you install the files, you should have everything you need to be able to scan items onto your computer. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
