I can't even successfully register the product. Bought July 2024 and despite using every method off and on, have never been able to print.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Set up was confusing as it wants you to download the app & pay for other things you do not need to pay for. After i backed out of everything it started to set up & everything was fine...good luck. It does work fine once all is said & done & it connected to our phones & laptop automatically too.
