Hello Lee. The ET-2800 has not been tested to work with sticker paper. The issue you are experiencing could be attributed to the print settings not having a selection available for this paper. If this paper has worked on the machine for you before, then we recommend confirming your print head is working correctly. You can print out a nozzle check from the maintenance menu to confirm and complete cleanings if necessary. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
