• Hello FrankX. Yes, you can set up the ET-2800 without a computer. The printer can be used with a smartphone or tablet with the Epson Smart Panel app. Depending on the device, you can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
