• Yes it does! Bought this for my wife and it didn’t quite use all the supplied ink to fill the tanks.

• Ink IS supplied (full) with the unit. You have to fill ALL of the tanks 1st, then follow the steps which will "prime" the machine (appx 10 mins). Once complete, repeat the fill procedure so you get the residual ink out of the bottles (initial fill w/o priming leaves ink in the bottles by design). *DO NOT place paper in the printer as this will waste ink; paper not needed for this step.*
