This is just a follow-up for our printer. We are still having issues. Most time to jam is at the back access panel. We think we're using decent paper, we're not overloading it, there's no obvious reason that we can see why it jams so often. I have heard about making sure the paper is correct side up. Can you define what that means? Sometimes when we have trouble we will flip it over and see if that helps. Thank you!
