• Hi Nicki, Yes you can. The EcoTank Pro ET-5170 works like a typical fax machine. It has two phone jacks, one for the phone line and one to connect a telephone. You set the number of rings before the ET-5170 answers calls to receive faxes. In order to use the fax feature you must have a standard landline. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
