Hello Ty. There is a "Blank" button on the control panel of the EF12, so If you can still hear audio from the device, it's possible the button was accidentally pressed. If there is still a blank screen, try disconnecting the power cable, leaving it unplugged for 30 seconds, and restarting the projector.
