Epson team didn't helped because the question is how to rollback update!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Pam. To factory reset your LS800 Projector, start by going into your Android TV Settings. Select Device Preferences > About > Factory Reset. A confirmation screen will appear, and then you can choose "Erase Everything." Please ensure that you write down the settings you do not want to lose before resetting the projector.
