What ink cartridge does this printer use null

This printer uses four Epson #212 Claria ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black). Optional #212XL cartridges offer nearly three times the amount of ink for higher yield. All cartridges are sold separately. You can also buy a color 3-pack of cyan, magenta, and yellow. The regular cartridges are available from a variety of retailers for comparable prices. The higher capacity XL cartridges are easy to find at Best Buy and office supply retailers.

It uses Epson 212. The box is a little expensive but it comes with all four colors, not just black.

Carts are 212. Newer product line and $20 each for standard (not XL) size. Difficult to refill at home so do not purchase if you are looking to do own refills.

Depends. Are you wanting to print in color or just black ink?? This comes with samples of both color and black ink cartridges inside box but I use this to print labels so I buy the EPSON 212 BLACK INK. Also FYI the sales clerk will ask if you want to sign up for auto ink shipment which I opted out because I wasn't sure how much ink I would be using per month but you can have ink auto delivered for you never run out.
