“Any problems with this printer getting knocked offline or not printing correctly with windows 10!? I’m struggling with my current ho printer about two years old and considering just starting over with a new printer anyone have any insights?”

I purchased this printer about a month ago and I have used it maybe 10x , Super simple to use and connect printer. I was skeptical at first because I first purchased a cannon printer the same day I got this and it was very hard to set up so I returned ir in less than an hour and this one was so easy took me like 5 mins and I use it to print out labels for shipping but you can also scan and the guy at best buy told me the ink is pretty decent price aswell and lasts. I just use black ink and its $20. Never had a problem connecting to internet , I actually use this on wifi direct through my unlimited phone plan printing labels from my email. I have windows 10 and works like a real charm
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bought it because works okay with win 10. Wireless mode is encrypted with your router. Printer is good for occasional light use. Ink cartridges are small and expensive. It works best if limit print job to several pages at a time. This limits paper loading errors.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem but it was with our new laptop bought in Spring 2019 with the Windows 10. The laptop would only work for at the most 10 min before our Internet was knocked offline. It would stay down for awhile. Our Chromebook and old laptop with Windows 7 worked fine w/o knocking Internet out. After doing research it had something do with our Internet not being strong enough and out of date for Windows 10. Internet people came out and upgraded our hardware outside. That helped. I don’t know if an update from Windows helped too or if just strengthening the wifi signal solved the issues with Windows 10 knocking our laptop and internet down.
