“I'm looking to purchase an Epson XP 8600 and want to know what size photo it can print? Also in buying ink the 312 only shows 3 colors cyan magenta and yellow. What about black? Thank You”

Hello. The XP-8600 can print the following photo sizes 4" x 6", 5" x 7", 8" x 10", 8.5" x 11". The 312 ink set includes a total of 6 colors, including Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Light Cyan, and Light Magenta. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The xp8600 requires five colors and black. I went to the Epson site and found you can purchase each of the six colors (including black) separately. You can also purchase three colors in one set and the other two in another set. You can also purchase each color and blaok in the larger size. However, keep in mind that Epson recommends not using the cartridges for a period longer than six months. So unless you do a lot of printing it would be best to purchase the smaller cartridges.
