• You can connect it with a USB cable (not included in the box). I also scanned a document to a memory stick before I had a cable and then loaded the file onto my computer.

• Go through the set up process. The software in the printer will ask you all the questions to set up. Do exactly what the quick start up instructions say. It was very easy.
