• If you are speaking about the printers screen, just keep pressing the appropriate key and it will change case. You probably figured this out by now...

• I don't understand. This should be a function setting in computer preferences, not on printer.

• This is not a function of the printer - it will print whatever you send to it. Use the CAPS LOCK key on your keyboard to toggle between upper and lower case on the documents or text messages you are creating in whichever app you are using.
