“Will this device support rear projection? If so, can someone point in the direction of a good website to determine the distance the device should be behind the screen? Also, is the lack of audio outputs a big deal?”

I used Epsons website and you just input your model and screen size and it gives you the distance. As for the audio outputs i have it connected to an Apple TV and I just Bluetooth it.

Their website has a distance calculator. https://epson.com/Support/Projectors/Cinema-Series/Epson-Home-Cinema-1060/s/SPT_V11H849020 It has HDMI ports - I use that for audio. It’s perfect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not to sure about the rear projection but as far as the audio I have my Epson connected to my receiver with a hdmi. Then I have all my components hooked up to my receiver for my sound in my mini home theatre room. I guess the lack of audio outputs is not a big deal for me because of my setup.
