Epson makes specific short throw models - this is not one of them. I'd be concerned about the aspect ratio first if the screen is 9x10 - this is a native 16:9 projector. Regarding throw distance, for a 10' diagonal screen, this projector would need to be mounted roughly 13' from the screen.
