LOVE THE (EPSON HC2150)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first projector I’ve owned, And I’m very happy I chose this one from all 4 I had in my list. The Epson Hc 2150 had more features than the other, and on top of that I got it for $699.99 One of the features that is important for me was the Audio out connection, which lets you connect a AV receiver or any speaker with a 3.5mm input. The other feature I like is that Hdmi 1 input has MHL which you can connect your devices like your android,iOS,or Mac and have it projected on the wall or projector screen. This projector has wireless where I can wirelessly Miracast my mobile device .(Screen Mirroring) Me and the family love the movie nights and Playing video games on it.Epson HC2150 gives you a clear picture, I don’t have a projector screen yet so we project it on the wall for the moment.Speaker is loud enough for regular size living room. The fan is not loud how people say. Depending on the settings of the display is the fans loud performance. I have mine to normal or eco mode which fan noise decreases, and with audio you don’t even hear the fan at all. I truly recommend this projector,You won’t be disappointed even if I would’ve paid the full $899.99 which is the original price, it’s worh every dollar. Projector is light weight, the only Con: is that Epson doesn’t include a traveling bag or case to store it after use.Since I don’t own where I’m living I can’t mount it on ceiling or wall. I hope Epson would start including a projector bag or case since it’s a $900 projector.

Great Choice
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the EF-100 first and I thought it was a great little projector. I just couldn’t get past the 720p projection. I was projecting on a 100 inch screen and usually sit about 8 feet away. At a further distance or smaller screen, the EF-100 would have been just fine. Loved the ease of set up of the projector, but really wanted to get the 1080p. Returned the EF-100 for the 2150 and very happy I did. There is a huge difference in the picture quality and this is a lot brighter. I also like how you can adjust the three legs on the 2150, while the EF-100 you can’t. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and no regrets.

I love this projector!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have recently become very interested in projectors. I bought a small anker Portable projector a couple years ago that kinda kick started my interest. I finally started doing some research about projectors and have learned that the technology in Epson’s line of projectors called “3LCD” chips do not project a rainbow effect like traditional DLP projectors can. Anyway lol all that being said, the epson 2150 home cinema projector is pretty amazing! It is bright enough to use with some window or ambient lightning even in eco mode. Colors are very vibrant and even blacks are as dark as they should be. The fan is also hardly noticeable when in eco mode. If you set it to bright the fan will kick up speed and you’ll hear it if you’re sitting near the projector but even then it isn’t very bothersome. Especially if you have nice speakers connected to the projector. It has two HDMI ports, VGA and audio out. The built in speaker doesn’t sound very good but it is fine if you’re in a pinch. You’re going to want to connect a good speaker for home entertainment anyway. I was on the fence for about two weeks between this projector and two other brands of DLP projectors great claimed to be “gaming” projectors and I am very glad I decided to go with the epson projector. I binged movies and tv for 7 hours the first night I set it up :D . I also tested it with the Nintendo switch and gaming on it was fine. Epson states that it has a 29.2 ms “input lag” and it honestly felt responsive. I played Mario Kart with no issues. It might not be good for hardcore gamers but I would compare it to playing on a tv with game mode turned on. I think it will be just fine for shooters and fighting games too. The pictures I am sharing are about a 90/100” picture on a plain white wall. I don’t have a screen set up yet and as you can see, picture quality is still very good! I highly recommend this projector if you are looking for a very good “affordable” projector. Pros : Bright and vivid picture quality Great contrast Vertical and horizontal keystone adjustment Vertical Lens shift Good for gaming 4500-7500 hour projected lamp life No rainbow effect WiFi , Bluetooth and miracast Cons : built in speaker isn’t very good

Awesome Projector! Great Picture Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We Are Absolutely Impressed With This Projector!! We upgraded to this Epson projector and we have been blown away!! The brightness is plenty and perfect! We don't even have a real projector screen, what we use is basically a thick white bed sheet. Our image is 110" diagonal and the picture quality is as good as a 1080P LCD TV. We chose this projector because, within the price range, this had the highest contrast ratio. Having a higher contrast ratio allows for lesser lumens but gives a better image quality.

Looks awesome
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have my projector in my basement, ceiling mounted and using a 100” electric drop screen. Looks amazing. I have noticed that streamed movies look way better than blu ray, but I mostly stream anyway. Could be because I play everything off my ps4. The fan is quite, barely notice it. And the speaker isn’t half bad considering the size. I do plan on buying a sound system soon. But very happy with my purchase. Wanted a 4K but wasn’t willing to dish out $2500+. This projector was a steal for $649

Great image and easy to use!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worth the money. Purchased 2 mini projectors and didn’t do the job. Purchased a projector half the price and it didn’t convince me. I had to step up and get this one. Worth it. Great picture quality. Easy to use. Image looks great even with light. Clear 1080 picture. Happy with my first Epson printer. Get one and enjoy being outside with your loved ones.

Great Picture
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has an great picture even with my screen being my WHITE wall. The fan is a bit loud but you can drown out the sound when watching something so you can’t hear it. It should definitely be mounted from the ceiling.

Q: QuestionIs the Epson home Cinema 2150 Bluetooth compatible
Asked by jisherwood.
- A:Answer It must have a bluetooth module because the 3D glasses are paired via bluetooth. Here is how to enable it to use it with BT audio: Switch on the PJ 2. Press and hold the Menu-Button for 8 sec. 3. Press the ESC-Button twice Now a new Window with Informations about the Beamer appears. With the "Arrow-right" and "Arrow-left"-Button you can see several other Information-Windows. 4. Press again the Menu-Button for 8 sec. 5. Press again the ESC-Button twice. Now a new Windows appears. On the left side you see 8 lines named "DIP-SW1" to "DIP-SW 8". To enable BT menu set DIP-SW 7 BIT 2 from 0 to 1. 6. Restart PJ 7. Go to Menu -> Setting -> Bluetooth to enable this option (found in another forum)
