Hi blessed0307, At 3,300 Lumens, the Home Cinema 880 will work in normal room lighting. If your classroom is very bright, a business or classroom projector like the EX3280 (currently available at Bestbuy.com) would be a better choice. Inventory may change. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
