The scanner did a great job with the 170 slides I just completed. Only scans 4 slides per scan but that is fairly common with consumer scanners. It will take you 2 to 3 minutes per 4 slides depending on how organized you are. Take advantage of the file naming feature. This will help you keep the slides chronological or alphabetical depending on your style.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know if this is the best choice, but it does a fantastic job with slides. You can scan up to 4 35mm mounted slides at a time or up to 6 frames at a time of unmounted 35mm strips of slide film. You can preview the slides prior to scanning them into your computer; and you can adjust the resolution to get the best print quality, if you want to make prints later. You can also scan strips of unmounted medium format slide film, but not mounted medium format slides.
