“What are the differences between the V600 and the V550 scanners?”

• The V600 works with Windows 10 while the V550 does not work in Windows 10. The Epson software still needs the Task Manager to close its windows completely in Windows 10.

• I have the 550 and it works just fine with Windows 10. Haven't seen any problems.

• I upgraded my PC to a new Windows 10 machine after MS ended support for WIN 7. I had an Epson V550 scanner. I loaded the latest Epson scanner driver software package from the Epson web site and the V550 works fine on WIN 10.
