• I’m currently using with a MacBook Pro (if that helps). And there are tools with the included software that help you adjust for yellowing and other color issues. Some of those tools aren’t from Epson, but there are details on included packages in the box. (Silverfast being one)

• Hello cessa. Yes, the V600 is compatible with Apple computers running macOS 10.3 - 12. You can expect excellent scan quality from your photos as the highest resolution is 6400 x 9600 dpi. The Epson Scan software includes basic settings adjustments that can possibly help with yellowing, but we would recommend using 3rd party photo editing software for better results.
