• It comes with ArcSoft PhotoStudio. I think in earlier packaging it had Photoshop, but no longer.

• I would guess that it is printed in error on the site that the scanner comes with Photoshop Elements. In the box is the Epson disk which only has Epson software for scanning, and ArcSoft PhotoStudio for editing (which also has a scanning function.) I'd recommend contacting Best Buy customer support and see if they'll make it right for missleading you. This area will only get responses from customers who own the item like me.
