Hello V550guy. We recommend uninstalling all Epson software associated with the V600 Photo Scanner first and restarting your computer. After restarting, please visit our official Epson Support page to download the latest driver and software. If the issue persists, please contact our Technical Support team by phone for assistance. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the V550 and was having the same problem with no scan button. I researched the problem and Epson's website says that if the software you can download is older than 11/2021 it has not been updated for Win 11. You can make it work by pressing the "Alt" key and the preview/scan buttons appear. Unfortunately you can only scan one item at a time but it does work. I spent half of a very frustrating day working out this problem.
