- Answer Hello Blondye. The RR-600W uses an AC Adapter for power. For this model, we would not recommend using it with your car. However, other scanners like the RR-60 or RR-70W use a USB cable for the power source, which could possibly work with a car's USB port. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

QuestionI asked if I had to order from Epson directly in order to receive the Presto!® PageManager software. Your response was "..., No.... NewSoft® Presto! BizCard® software is included..." Isn't this different software? Both are listed on Epson website.

QuestionHi. I am just trying to also use this to scan a multi page document to a PDF. That's it. On a USB stick which is attached to the back of the device. I don't want to necessary put this crap in the cloud because it is TAX DOCUMENTATION. HELP.

- Answer Hello theresa. From the RR-600W scan menu, under the "basic settings" tab, there should be an option for file format where you can select "PDF - Multi Page." Once selected, you should be able to scan your originals into a single PDF file on your drive. After the scan is complete, you can export the data to different Receipt management software like Quickbooks and Turbotax and organize the information into separate categories. - Answer Hi DPB, Yes, you can connect a portable USB device to the RR-600W and save scanned files without a computer. The USB device can be a maximum size of 2 TB (formatted in FAT, FAT32, or exFAT). - Answer Attn: Mark from the Epson Team - that is a completely different setting, that always defaults to today's date and doesn't affect the format when you use the receipt manager, which actually captures the data I want - place, date, amount. Your answer is invalid. Please read the question.
