“Printer will not let me print, I installed the right ink cartridges like I have done in the past and its telling me the cartridge is not found. Any suggestions ? I have turned it on and off and even unplugged it, but still not working”

I had the same problem the first time I used the printer. If you remove & reinstall all 4 ink cartridges, and make sure they are fully inserted (you should hear or feel a click) it should work as it is supposed to.
