• The alignment is all off. I have wasted tons of labels trying to get them to align.

• I can't speak to the labels exactly, but it has handled some heavy card stock well - hope that helps.

• Hi Sue, The WorkForce Pro WF-4820 can feed media up to 80 g/m2. So long as the label sheets are less than that weight, they should feed. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
