“Serious question but are these high reviews because people were given this printer free for their review? I looked on another website mostly all said they were given a free printer for review. I'd love an actual review where someone wasn't paid. Thanks.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I definitely wasn't given a 2680 printer and after buying it and undergoing all the issues in setting it up, I probably wouldn't even take it as a gift with or without any restrictions on the review!
