Make sure when you are trying to print your pictures that the photo paper is loaded in the bottom tray (take your regular 8.5x11 paper out). Also, make sure that the shiny side or your photo paper is facing DOWN and that you adjust the tabs on the tray to hold the paper in place. If you continue having issues, try turning it off and then back on. There might be an error with your connection.

Please try again later.if your wireless printing make sure its connected, if wired check to make sure you have the drivers downloaded and installed, a backup is to put your pictures on a memory card and stick the memory card in the front slot of the printer and follow on screen instructions
