• A CD is not required. I setup this printer using a Surface laptop (no CD drives). Just use the website on the instructions manual and follow the setup guide from there.

• These days, the easiest way is to jump online and download it from the manufacturer. If you can't do that, the next way is to use a computer that has a cd drive and transfer the contents of the disc to a usb stick.

• 1. Copy to a USB stick from another machine 2. Network to another machine with a CD ROM and share it 3. Download it from Epson.com 4. Profit

• Go to Epson website, enter model and download recommended software. There are multiple drivers, so be sure to select the recommended download. It will have all the drivers and software needed that is on the CD that came with printer. I had to do this as my DVD drive would not read the CD.
