A:AnswerA CD is not required. I setup this printer using a Surface laptop (no CD drives).
Just use the website on the instructions manual and follow the setup guide from there.

A:AnswerI don't think so as wouldn't you need special ink? The paper guidelines do not list heat transfers in the description. I would search for another printer to better suit your needs. This is a home office printer for documents and pictures. I do not believe it is equipped for volume printing.
